Location

Our location in mid Cornwall makes us easy to get to - we're just 10 minutes from the A30, a mile from the Eden Project and 5 miles from St Austell train station. 

The Clay trail with spectacular views across St Austell Bay is less than 200 meters from the house and the South cornish beaches are a short drive as are the tall ships in the harbour at Charlestown. Padstow and the attractions of the North Cornish coast are less than an hour away.

St Austell

St Austell is a vibrant town nestled in the heart of Cornwall, famed for its rich history and picturesque landscapes. Newquay 

A charming coastal town located a 32 minute drive away, is renowned for its stunning beaches, vibrant surf culture, and breathtaking landscapes. Newquay's lively town centre boasts an array of quaint shops, delightful cafes, and traditional pubs, perfect for those seeking a leisurely afternoon. The town is also home to the picturesque Newquay Harbour, where visitors can watch colourful fishing boats come and go. 

Eden Project ​

The Eden Project is only a minute drive and a myriad of native plants from tropical and desert environments. The two main biomes emulate rainforest and Mediterranean climates respectively and house a vast selection of stunning plants.

Looe

Looe is the seaside town which is a 38 minute drive. It is a snug old town with rows of straight, narrow lanes hiding quaint local shops, cafes & restaurants. There is also a arcade and beach to visit.
